In our pledge to deliver the highest standards in cleaning, we employ the most up-to-date technologies and use the latest environmentally friendly cleaning and disinfecting products. These elements, combined with certified green equipment, such as HEPA filter vacuums, buffers, scrubbers and carpet machines, ensure the health of our employees and customers in addition to reducing our environmental impact.
MBS’ green cleaning program promotes the importance and advantages of replacing traditional cleaning chemicals and equipment for green certified products and procedures. We educate building owners, facility managers and building occupants about environmentally responsible products and their numerous benefits, such as reducing exposure to hazardous contaminants. We then work with our customers to create tailored cleaning plans based on their facility’s specific needs. In addition, our management regularly reviews the current cleaning schedules and recommends any necessary adjustments based on current conditions and cleaning frequencies. This process gives our customers the knowledge and opportunity to make improvements and maximize savings.
