In order to meet MBS’ standard, the employment process begins with pre-employment screening that includes drug testing, criminal history check, driving record check, and detailed review of employment history with references.
The keys to an effective workforce are skills developed through experience and job specific training. Depending on their duties, new hires begin their employment with MBS by attending general orientation and chemical products classes and more specific carpet, and floor care seminars. Employees are tested for competence and issued certificates of achievement. These formalized programs are supplemented by on the job training.
