Each MBS employee is expected to perform at a level of excellence.  To meet this standard, the employment process begins with pre-employment screening that includes the following:

 

  • Drug testing
  • Criminal history check
  • Driving record check
  • Detailed review of employment history with references.

 

The keys to an effective workforce are skills developed through experience and job specific training.   Depending on their duties, new hires begin their employment with MBS by attending general orientation and chemical products classes and more specific carpet, floor care and water damage restoration seminars.  Employees are tested for competence and issued certificates of achievement.  These formalized programs are supplemented by on the job training.
