Janitor

This person takes care of a building and the primary duty is cleaning.

Maintenance Technician

Maintain the day-to-day operations and assumes responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

Once hired, the successful candidate embarks on a series of orientation courses and training programs designed to impart the Millennium commitment to the highest standards of professionalism. Following orientation and initial training, all employees are sponsored by an experienced MBS team member who teaches them the nuances of the facility in which they will be working. Only after demonstrating a thorough working knowledge of all procedures is the employee allowed to work independently.

 

Employees who are working in medical facilities undergo additional training to deal with blood-borne pathogens, needles and other sharp instruments, and are required to take classes regarding Tuberculosis and Hepatitis B.

The on-going training and education that follow are prerequisites for continued employment and also reflect our commitment to providing clients with competent services, technologies and products. We require 100% commitment from all team members, and return that commitment from a managerial perspective as well.
